Which set of parts do I choose?

This is a Ryzen 3 1200 build with 2800 MHZ 8gb Dual Channel Ram...
I came across a deal that makes me wonder which I should get. All prices are in USD.

Option 1:

Rx 580 8gb is more simmilar to gtx 1070 i might say. So more performace.

Do you have any data that supports this. Everything I've seen indicates that RX 580 performance is about on par with GTX 1060 6GB.

So I should go with the Rx 580 deal? I mean the MB is compatible with my cpu and way better than the other one..

Though the RX580 and the 1060 3GB generally push approximately the same amount of frames the RX 580 due to having more than twice as much VRAM available will in all likelihood remain a relevant card for longer.

 

Go with the RX 580 instead.
