xps15 keeps dropping to extremely low fps

n5duo

when im playing games on my xps 15 with a gtx 1050 and i7 and 16 gb ram my laptop keeps dropping frames. fortnite will randomly drop to 14 fps and wont fix itself even on 480p and low settings. pubg only runs at 30 fps on 1080p low settings and rainbow runs at 1080p low settings at 45 fps. any fixes?
