Could anyone recommend a good USB PCI-E Expansion Card?

I'm looking for a good USB PCI-E Expansion Card and was wondering if anyone here could recommend a good one. There are so many options and I'd rather get a good one now. I hear that the chipset is the way to tell a good one from a bad one.

Do you need 3.0 or 3.1? I've been using this one:
FebSmart 4 Ports USB 3.0 Super Fast 5Gbps PCI Express

Have used others in the past but like this one more because it doesn't require any additional cables, have had no problems so far.
