GPU clock don't goes down at idel

Rumman

My GPU (GTX 1060 3gb) clock always runs at the highest base speed though I am not Playing. Why this happens. I tried to uninstall MSI Afterburner and reinstall it.

Need some solution. At base clock (while idle), temp goes to 59 percent. Thanks
