Fiber Optic in game ping issues

About three or four months ago I got fiber optics installed in front of my house. I pay for about 15-20 mbs speeds. The past couple mouths its been great and the speeds have been crazy good. But recently I have noticed that my ping in CSGO and RB6 have been kinda high. For CSGO I usally get about 100-300 ping and RB6 150-200 ping (Both games pics below). I checked my internet speeds on google(Pic Below)pretty much getting what I am paying for. With those internet speeds I should be getting about 10-20 ping csgo. Sometimes at night tho I get very slow internet speed readings. Like 0.31 download speeds and 1-2 upload speeds.I dont know if that has to do when my problem or not. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix my problem? First off that's crazy slow for fiber optic. Secondly try restarting modem/router. If that doesn't work call them up.

Just keeping this here as a Your internet download/upload speeds have nothing to do with your ping. Your location compared to your server you are connecting to(which you've kindly blacked out, lol) and the game servers the games are using are what matters. High traffic can effect this and restarting your modem/router can help clear it up too. Calling your ISP might tell you if there is an outage or anything.

bandwidth != latency.  There are some calculations relating the two but that doesn't take into account any of the shared medium attributes.

 

I'd do a quick tracert to a couple destinations and see if there's a particular hop that latency is introduced at.  It kind of sounds like upstream congestion to me if you're confident there are no other hosts in the house uploading/downloading large amounts of data.
