Pc won’t start

Not sure what is happening, but when I go to turn on the pc, it just powers up for a second, and then powers down immediately....

Is there a click from the PSU when you try to power on? Did this just start happening? What are your specs?

It basically clicks, the fans turn on and then it just turns right off, it’s a msi z370 sli motherboard with an i7 cpu. It started happening the second I tried to power it on... It’s actually my brothers pc, but I had recently built one and it worked fine which is why I have no idea what’s wrong with this... 

not sure if it’s a faulty cpu
