Best IPS 120/144hz display at 300€

I’m looking for the best IPS 120/140HZ IPS monitor around 300€ here are preferences for the monitor:

Around 24 inches

From a well known brand (Asus, Acer, HP, BenQ etc) 

Smallest bezels posible at its price 

Matte Black bezels, so no shiny plastic ones 

1920x1080

 

Ill be buying from Spain so if prefer an amazon.es link

None that are 120Hz, IPS under 300 euro. Best bet is to look through these.

There are no 120+ Hz IPS monitors at 1080p, regardless of price. All are 1440p or above.

 

There are some 1080p 144 Hz VA monitors which are an excellent alternative, like the Samsung C24FG73, I don't know what the prices are like in your region though.

I’ve already found some for exactly 350 (1080p VA panels) and I think I’m going for this one
