How far will i be able to overclock?

The components i am getting:

CPU: i5-8600k

CPU Cooling: Corsair - H100i v2 70.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

Motherboard: ASRock - Z370 Extreme4 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Will i be able to overclock my CPU to a stable 5GHz? (will it be stable in a cpu intensive game) 

Do you think the components are good enough to do the overclock?

Need some facts and advice

Probably 5ghz, but depends on the silicon lottery.
