Help w/ planning new build.

Hey again LTT community, I have been looking at lots of different parts combinations for a new build, and I am planning on re-using quite a few parts from various other past builds and just random stuff laying around.

I am looking at making a dual LGA2011-v1 socket build for various 3d design, virtualization, and occasional gaming tasks.

Also, I have a bunch of parts that I think may be of use in this build. How about I list a few:

*assorted 2gb and 4gb sticks of pc3-10600R Ecc registered RAM pulled from Dell and hp servers

*3x 240gb 2.5in ssds, assorted 500gb and 1tb 3.5in drives

*650w g2 EVGA PSU with dual 8pin eps12v cpu connectors, etc

*R9 390 Windforce, R7 260x, r7 240, gtx 960, gtx 645 (virtualization maybe???)

*Lots and lots of 120mm fans, mostly Corsair and a few 130cfm Delta jet engines as well

Parts I'm thinking of buying

*2x Xeon E5-2680-v1 CPUs (found a deal for them for $160 total)

*Asus z9pe-d8

*2x hyper t4

*Fractal define c tg (fits the mobo and coolers???)

What I need help with:

*Finding a compatible motherboard preferrably EATX or ATX (not e-eatx, ssi, etc)

*Finding a compatible case with my motherboard preferrably full atx or smaller, clear side panel, lots of room for cable management, mainly looking at nzxt, fractal, and be quiet

*Finding 2 matching cpu coolers compatible with all the other parts

*Keeping the $$$ spent under 600 for the cpus, 4x4gb ddr3 ecc to add to my existing 4x4gb ddr3 exc, cpu coolers, mobo, case, any other needed parts

Peace

For a case you need one of these

I had one before, lots of room. Though it did go "whoosh" on power up

Wouldn't that fit in a full atx case?

I don't know. I only have direct experience with the one I posted.
