Fan, and monitor not working

First I want to say, that i'm not very good with English, and with computers. I know just some things of it.

 

I've just installed my MSI Gtx 1050 ti 4gb in my Sharkoon case. All succesfull. But now my fan, and 2 motherboard monitor usb (I  don't know the name of these monitor in putt, sorry)

are now disabled... I must say, I disabled my old card, the Radeon R7, well it's not really a card, I think it's a sort of a chip.

But my question is, how to enable it again (I disabled it in device management, Windows 10)

Are the fans plugged into their 3/4 pin header?
