Will this USB card work with the asus prime A mobo?

im wanting to add usb ports bc the mobo is weak in the included usb ports on the mobo itself and i was gonig to use this card for my keyboard w/ usb passthrough or a mouse with a windows 10 xbox one controller adapted

Assuming you have a free 4x PCIe slot then yes, but this is also overkill if you are planning on just running a keyboard and Xbox wireless adapter.

This card would be cheaper, give you more ports, and only uses PCIe 1x:
FebSmart 4 Ports USB 3.0

That being said if you plan on actually plugging something in that could utilize USB 3.1's 10Gbps transfer speed as opposed to USB 3.0's 5Gbps transfer speed the other card would be preferable.
