I have vostoro 430 which comes with core i7 870 2.93 ghz will it bottleneck r9 270

Specs:core i7 870 2.93 ghz

Ram:8 gb

Hard drive: 1 tb

Power supply: cooler master rs 460 watt

With proper cooling you should see no bottle necking between cpu and gpu. Your hard disk drive is probably your weakest link
