Why are my eyes so hard to read on screens? Not real life just screens???

Well I need glasses for one which I don’t bither with 

 

but 

 

I can’t see distance things that’s why I need glasses 

 

however close range is fine ......... or was

 

now I struggle to read close text on screens 

 

I have to hold my phone close to my face lol

 

bjt books or anything in real life I can read wtf ???

Blue light?

I have issue with blue light that it makes me see a lot blurry so you may want to use more warm colour settings (more towards the red spectrum).

Not sure 

 

because I’ve always been able to read on screens fine but now I find it hard to read even close up
