Help my air cooler isn't tall enough to fit over my ram

So the big night of unboxing everything was fun until I tried installing my be quiet! Dark rock pro. My 32 GB of gskill tridentZ ram was just a little too tall for it. I haven't been able to get exact measurements but no matter how I orient the direction of the cooler it will not work. I'd prefer not to go to an AIO cooler because I'd probably burn down my apartment if I came home to find it leaked and ruined the 1080 ti I'm about to put in it in a few weeks. Is there a different model of the cooler I can go with? I do not feel like switching ram models.

The fan on the side should be able to move a little, no? I believe you can slide it up a little to allow for more clearance for RAM

Which version of the cooler do you have?

Use RAM slots 2&4 and move fan upwards.
