I5 8400 streaming capabilities for cs go

Hey guys. I'll be pairing the 8400 with 16gb ram 3200mhz, 1060 6gb, 20mbps internet speed, and a 1080p 144hz monitor. I wonder if the CPU will be able to hold up the loads of both gaming and streaming, cs go. I don't really mind playing at the lowest settings.Thank you in advance!

It should work fine, but the Ryzen 5 2600 or 2600X are both better choices for streaming games.
