Computer turns on for 3 - 5 seconds, then turns off.

I recently got a new case for my computer and I decided to swap everything out this morning. I finished setting everything up and connecting everything but now when I try to turn on the computer it turns on for about 3 to 5 seconds and turns off again. The first time I tried, it beeped about 6 times, but now it won't do that, even though the PC speaker is connected. Also, it doesn't turn on when I hit the power button, it turns on when I flip the switch on the power supply. I removed all the ram, I removed all the things that connect to the motherboard including the hard drive the DVD drive the graphics card, and the F Panel connections (except the Power Switch connection, it won't turn off if its not connected). My specs are in EVGA 500 W bronze power supply, a third generation Intel i5 CPU, 16 GB of RAM and an EVGA GTX 950 graphics card. I even tried removing and putting back the CMOS battery, but that did nothing. The only thing that is really left that could be the problem is the power supply, the processor, and the motherboard but I don't know how that's possible considering they were working just a few hours ago. I should also mention that the first time that I turned it on or attempted to turn it on, the computer went beep about 6 times but now it doesn't beep at all even though the speaker is connected.

I have had this problem before recently, but it was a result of an error in my SSD. Since you already said the hard drive was not the problem my best guess is that it would be the motherboard. Depending on which motherboard you have and its quality, it is possible that it may have shorted. Motherboards are very sensitive to pressure and static electricity, and they are often exposed to this when they are installed into new cases. It is possible that you applied to much pressure when you were installing it, or the board received to much electricity. If you are going to try one of those three components, it would be my guess that its the motherboard.
