Hello, so for some time now me and my gf have been wanting editing/gaming pcs for a long time if someone can help us with parts that are for 3k little above idc just make it beastly

What do you want to edit? 4K or 1080p? Which games at which resolution? Monitors included in the 3K budget or just the tower? Currency?

actually just one more thing is it possible to make the graphic card a 1080 and will I be able to render anything and get atleast 500-600 fps in csgo soz just curiosity

don't need two 144hz monitors replace one with 60hz cheap ips monitor and upgrade the gpu

Go with the R7 1700 instead as it is $150 cheaper. See my post above. That money can then be used for other things.
