Fans always set to 100%

What headers are you powering the fans from?

I just recently replaced all of my case fans with Corsair ML140's and when I turned on my computer they all are always set to 100%. I've tried changing their speed through Corsair Link but it didn't work. I then went into my bios to change the speed from there but nothing, I can't complain about the air flow but it sounds like I'm in a 747 right now.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Never mind I figured it out. I completely forgot my case controls the fan speed, not my pc. Thanks anyways.
