which case should i choose for over all?

im using i7 8700 non-K with deepcool gammax gt air cooler

also i want to rgb sync with the msi mystic light

If you went for the 460X w/ Corsair fans, you'd need to be in the Corsair RGB ecosystem.

It is a hard choice, I think Corsair will have better airflow, but I like the looks of Phanteks better and have built in RGB controller that is compatible with MSI mystic light.
So if you care about RGB, I recommend Phanteks.

The 460x would give you better options to show off your lighting within the case (there's a non RGB version so you dont ave to waste money on fans that dont sync with MSI mystic) plus it has better airflow than the P400TG. It would simply mean you'd have to purchase additional RGB fans and LED strips.
