Help on Picking a Monitor

So we're gonna move and I'm looking to buy a brand new monitor, however, I do need some help on how to pick one out.

 

So I typically do productivity because of school, gaming like playing either on my Xbox one or my PC, and I watch youtube and anime very frequently.

The games I would play on my PC would be games like The Witcher 3, Garry's Mod, and Jedi Academy. On my Xbox, I would probably be playing Skyrim: Remastered, or Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. 

 

I'm also looking for 1440p only because anything higher would stress my GPU too much.

I5-6600

MSI GTX 1060 GAMING X 6GB

8GB DDR4 2733Mhz

This looks nice. Good reviews, GSync, and 1440p. Nice response times too, if you're into that thing.
