M.2 WiFi Hot-spot problems

With the windows 10 creators update, wifi hosting using Intel's chip-sets only work in the hotspot mode for a short time, and if left on too long causes the setting window to become unresponsive and has caused BSOD. Any have any advice/ know of M.2 form-factor wifi cards that are capable of hosting though the cmd prompt?

What do you mean "hosting through the cmd prompt??
