Fastest ram on market?

Hi I'm currently building a high end desktop without compromises. So yes, I do have money to burn.

I was thinking of buying an i7 8086 or 8700k with a dual gtx 1080 ti, etc but I couldn't decide on ram and mobo.

What is the fastest, most powerful ddr4 ram I could find on the market right now? And what would be a really high end z370 motherboard that would fit my system?

Also, I am relatively new to tech stuff (only been like a month), so please understand if I may seem arrogant or simply just don't know stuff.

First of all, skip the 8086k. Basically an 8700k with a slight overclock. As for RAM and board, just go on Newegg/amazon and sort by highest price. You'll find what you're looking for.

The top end motherboard is the ASUS Z370 maximum X formula.

For ram, get something form corsair, crucial, or gskill.

You want a high frequency but also low timings.

Well you can have 4666mhz RAM but latency will be killed to death so having the fastest isn't always the best. I think some 3200Mhz or 3600mhz Trident Z with b-dies is the fastest speed and latency wise

FYI memory isn't all about the cycles, the timings have a lot to do with performance too and the highest clocked RAM has really crappy timings because thats what you got to do to get those clock speeds. try not to go over CL16 on the timings, honestly anything over like a CL14 3200Mhz is a 100% complete WASTE OF MONEY. the fastest commercially available is 4600 Mhz but it's total waste of money you get absolutely NOTHING from it.

I was trying to go for a titan v but hard to fine and overpriced in where I live

So would it be smart to go for the G.SKILL Trident Z DDR4 3200 C14 ?

CL14 3200Mhz or CL15 3600Mhz no point in anything more then that, the timings get way worse after that frequency range.
