Help laptop upgrade hdd to ssd

My laptop is an Acer Aspire E 14 E5-475G-30KY that is running right now with a 1TB HDD 5400 RPM. I read that I can add m.2 ssd on this laptop to improve performance.

I'm planning on buying the m.2 ssd from Adata, either the 128gb or 256 gb, and to use that as my boot drive, with the remaining storage space to be used by apps/programs i frequently use.

My problem now is how do I install or migrate, or clone the O.S from my HDD to the SSD? I'm running windows10 on this laptop and my friend said that the windows is activated.

I have a partition on the HDD on my laptop, the (C:) 70GB used out of 466GB, contains the windows and all other apps/programs installed, and (E:) 11GB used out of 464 GB, this on only have 1 mmorpg, and all the others are documents for work. I do not know why it only shows 466 and 464 gb worth of storage, the laptop says it comes with 1tb hdd.

If i buy the m.2 ssd, either 128gb or 256gb, can i copy my drive (C:) there to make it my bootdrive? If yes, how do i go about doing it?

If no, what can I do to make the m.2 ssd my bootdrive while keeping my files on the hdd?

If I need to install a new OS on the m.2 ssd, how do I do that? I have a laptop with windows activated, but i did not receive any cds from the store.

Please give me some guides, step-by-step guides or walkthrough for this.

Thank you!

Hello. Thank you for these videos. Do you have any other suggestion that does not involve me buying a software? I can't really buy those things right now and i'm not in the US.

This software is free. It's written in the video title. You can also download pro versions through torrents if you need.
