Mount wont stay up?? Help!

You've messed up the tension mechanism somehow.

It wouldn't be 5kg total, otherwise it wouldn't be able to claim 27" monitors would work.

If you can return it, I'd look into getting 3 separate gas strut mounts. They're a lot better, and just a little more expensive.

Hi all,

I just got my Acer XB271HK delivered, and I've mounted it to my new VisionMounts VM-MP330C, but it will not stay up right. See pic for what I mean.

Anybody know what I am doing wrong? This thing extremely difficult to mount alone, so I don't want to pull it all apart, but from what I can tell, the screws etc are as tight as they can go, and are the same tension as the untouched right side.

Thanks and Regards, Vizz.

Max Hold:5kgs every monitor

Does this mean 5kg max each monitor, or 5kg of all 3 together (1.7kg each monitor)?

I ended up getting just the arm replaced, under RMA, and it works better now. As for the little bit more expensive part, this was the cheapest one that fit my specs, and has the smallest footprint.

Thanks for the reply.
