1. Budget & Location

Hi from germany, im planning to buy pc in around 2 weeks. Im gonna use pc mostly for gaming and some graphics and video editing. I would like to spent 1000 euro without graphics card because id like to wait for new gen from nvidia and to this time id rather buy something used (you can give some proposition and im gonna try to find best deal on that locally)

2. Aim

Most likely gaming (gta v, the witcher 3, lol, overwatch)

3. Monitors

1 monitor for now, planning to buy second in like 3 months.

4. Peripherals

Not rly but would like to buy new ips monitor ( out of budget, budget is just for pc)
