STEAM ISN'T DOWNLOADING ANYTHING. HELP REQUIRED

So my steam wasn't downloading a game I just bought. Nor was it updating the old ones the speed and disk usage kept dropping to 0b/s and the only way to get it up was to restart the PC. I cleared my download cache that didn't solve it. I uninstalled steam ( including all my games?) that too didn't solve the problem. Now I'm left without games and a software that doesn't want to work plsssssssssssssssssssssss hellppp mee.

Make sure there's enough free disk space on the drive where you download the game.

Right click on game, properties, local files, verify integrity of game files if possible to click it.

Change the download region, uncheck that "throttle downloads while streaming"

Make sure there's no steam game running, steam pauses downloads while you're playing steam games

Try to change your download server.

Check that your network is working for bigger downloads overall. Like using another game client or download Windows ISO or stuff like that.

So....? Its whole network which is issue, not just Steam. Reset router, reinstall LAN drivers and call to your ISP.

Everything else works just fine. BF1 runs with a decent ping. I don't think the networks the problem
