To many fans?

Zeorth

So I have 6 Corsair LL120 fans and as far as I’ve understood I’ve plugged in the rgb connectors on the fan into the connector labeled FANS on my Corsair commander pro. But where to I plug the other cable coming from the fans in?

I'd assume into your motherboard, to power the fans.

But it doesn’t have 6 CHA_FAN connectors.

Then you will need fan splitters.

Basically any shop that sells PC hardware.
Amazon is probably the most well known.

They look like that:

Which mobo? They don't need to be CHA_FAN headers. Thats just label. You can use any header that is for powering fans. CPU, CPU_OPT, AIO_PUMP etc. all would work. It depends bit on mobo if the header supports both PWM and DC controlling, or controlling at all. Only CPU_FAN is special as mobos require that having fan (you can disable warning for no fan).

I’m using a AIO so what would I plug into the cpu fan header

You can do it either the way manual says (pump to AIO_PUMP header) or by just having pump on CPU_FAN header. That leaves 4 headers. If you aren't using pumps fan connectors, you would still need 1 Y-splitter. Like said before, you can get them from any store selling PC hardware. Premium fans have them bundled.
