Discord Causing Input Lag

I recently bought a Lenovo Flex 5, and it does everything I want it to at a reasonable speed. It plays the games I want it to well, but when I join a Discord call or channel, it starts having input issues. Occasionally it'll delay a key input by a second or two, or it'll hold down a input after I've let go of it. It doesn't occur when Discord is just open, it only happens when I'm using its voice features. Even without talking but being in a call, it'll have issues. Any tips?

Windows 10 Home (64 bit)

Intel Core i7-8550U CPU @ 1.8GHz, 4 cores

BIOS: LENOVO 4QCN43WW (V2.07)

16GB DDR4 RAM (Not sure specifics)

NVIDIA GeForce MX130 2GB VRAM

512GB SSD (Not sure specifics)

Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4A Wireless Network Adapter

How do I find the wattage?

 

If any screenshots are needed, I can try to get them. I just don't know what kind of screenshots would help in my scenario. Sorry!

Disable discord overlay. If your card is nvidia disable the nvidia overlay too.

I had this problem myself, having a lenovo yoga 720 laptop

and just found a solution for my problem, https://www.file.net/process/fmapp.exe.html

This program (FMAPP) started every time I started any voice call, so by disabling all realtek audio program via msconfig and from task manager startup fixed my keyboard lag while using voice on discord or other programs.
