monitor I am looking for a monitor.

I use my personal laptop at work more than I probably should. I also use my computer for a lot of projects while on the go. I travel a good bit and it seems I always have my laptop. I need a second monitor to be able to work on the go and one that can fit in my laptop backpack. I am currently looking at "ASUS MB169B+ 15'.6" portable monitor but I notice some people seem to be having issues with windows 10. My laptop is a windows 10 home edition with a GTX 960M and a core I7-6700K. I also have 2 USB 3.0 ports and a type C port. I am wondering if this is my best option in my price range and if not can someone help me out. I am not looking to spend more than $250 on a portable monitor but I would like it to at least be 1080p screen. Thank you in advance for any help.
