If you know you are going to be doing that, then obviously you won't buy a phone w/o one... My comment is based on 2 things idiots who feel like they can annoy people by playing music out loud from their mono speakers(even stereo ones suck due to driver size), and the fact Linus completely ignored bluetooth for headsets. He never mentioned the use of amps or non bt external speakers, because most people don't use them less parties/functions or being basically stupid when the sole purpose is to be as annoying as possible.
