Can't download Fortnite

I can't download Fortnite. When I try to install the game, a tab pops up and says that there is a corrupt file.

I downloaded the launcher, but downloading the game from there is not working.

Honestly, it isn't that good of a game. If you want free, im planning on trying out totally accurate battlegrounds, which looks like a pretty good game.

It is good, but it's a parody. A side project intended as a joke.
I don't see it evolve into a game in the scale of Fortnite/PUBG. Not to mention it's barely works in its current state.
