I'm confused...what happened when you boot your pc?

Boot and I'm guessing shuts down and he wants us to look at the boot codes on the motherboard to help him diagnose it?

According to a post on the Asus forum, disconnect your drive and try to boot into the bios?

it says 0-54 is problem related to memory could not be detected. please reinstall the memory and cpu. if the problem still exists please only install one memery module or try using dirffrent ram.

This means your CPU and/or memory are the problem.

First, remove the CPU from the socket and make sure that none of the pins are bent. Then reinstall it.

Second, leave only one stick of RAM in the system.

Then boot your PC.

Okay when I remove the cpu and cpu cooler do I need to get rid of the thermal paste? Or just keep it on and put it back once checked cpu is okay?

You can keep the thermal paste on you dont have to remove it unless you need to replace it, then proceed to do what those before me instructed.
