Of everything mentioned here, the 1060 6gb is the best, but most expensive card. after that-

970/1060 3gb>1050ti>780 (due to drivers as mentioned)

so as the title say i got 2 option infront of me 

its an GTX 780 and GTX 1050Ti 4gb

which one should i pick?

If they are about the same price and your system has the PSU for it, the 780 is more powerful.

1050ti destroys 780 in new games.

780 is faster in older games.

 

The lack of optimisation in new drivers for the Kepler cards makes the 1050ti a winner imo.

okay there's some point on it 

but if i ended up taking the 1050Ti 

should i consider selling it and add some extra cash for an 1060 ?

Kepler is long forgotten in terms of optimisation. The oldest to consider is Maxwell. So.. Either buy 1050ti, gtx970 or save up and buy gtx 1060. That's my recommendation.

780. More cores. If not. Use 970.

If you can a 780ti, skip the 970.
