Is there any good way to clone windows from HDD to SSD?

i cant fit my whole HDD to my SSD for apparent reasons (1TB drive to 128gb)

If it won't fit, then no.

Reinstall windows on the SSD then?

if yes, what to do with windows on the other drive?

Yep id just reinstall here.

 

You can leave windows on the other drive. Just pick the ssd in the boot menu. If you want to remove windwos delete the boot partition and windows folders on the hdd.

If you re-install Windows to the SSD that's fine, but you'll not be able to get the SSD Windows to see the programs installed on the original spinner drive. You'll probably have to re-install them as well.

What if i uninstall windows on the old drive if thats even possible?

You can delete the directory, but you can't uninstall windows like it was any other program.

Hmm, i have backup/ cloning program and i have NTFS Primary and NTFS Primary Recovery. The one without recovery is small enough to clone to the new one, could i just do that?

Never mind, i managed to get the harddrive from 600gb to 110gb

How many data you saved in both system partition and boot partition? A screenshot of disk layout in Windows Disk Management, please? 

 

Some program can migrate OS from one disk to another, this method will copy all system required partitions only, so your target disk needs to hold all data on these partitions.

There's this program called partition wizard using which you can migrate your os from your hdd to your ssd seamlessly. I myself have used that application for this purpose. If you want to have a look at it, here is the link to its website-
