the other day I was doing some work and  eventually ended up resting my head at the keyboard when i lifted it again, the colors on the computer was messed up. the colors that schould be yellow ar either darker yellow or green, and the colors that schould be blue ar pink or purple. have already tryed restarting and shuting off the computer and monitors. i have also been looking for an answer out there but it doesnt seem to be answering my proble

 

i will appreciate all the help i can get.
