HDD blinking led for no reason

Hi, i have a Kingston 128 gb ssd installed for my system and a 3 terabyte hdd for storage my hdd led keeps blinking for no reason how to fix it?

here is a pic of resource monitor and a video of that led ,indexing is complete, no defrag or antivirus scan is running

The indexing software is not the only thing that will work in background, sometimes accessing the ssd.

Windows Update will also download updates in the background, other programs may also have similar schemes, your web browser also sometimes writes to ssd the contents of pages

The SSD itself sometimes moves data around when it's idle (when you're not using it) as a sort of maintenance and to extend its life, but i'm not sure that the led would blink in that case.

Anyway, the led indicates ACTIVITY on the sata controller, no just read or writes on SSD. Your 3 TB hdd could be accessed etc etc

 

If you're really paranoid, download SysInternals Suite from Microsoft, or just the Process Monitor from the package : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon

 

It tells you what each process running on your computer is trying to access, and you can filter (show or not) file accesses, internet connections, registry reads etc etc

i have downloaded and runed the prog, the moment i run it the flashing led stops but 10 minutes later it starts again

also process monitor freezes my pc after 5 minutes and had to hard reset

can you help me with it?
