Computer black screen and restart while installing Nvidia driver

Bought a GTX780TI founders edition from MSI at japan for 19418 japanese yen

(windows 10 issue) i try to install driver for it but after the progress bar was able to reach 1/10 the screen black outs and after a few seconds, the computer will restarts and boot into window. Then after a few minutes, the computer will be black out again and monitor shows no signal detected, and restarts again keep repeating

tried in windows 10 and windows 8.1 both have problems

(windows 8.1 issue) will froze and have a screen shown in image 2 i have include in the attachment

and i force shutdown it and restart, after windows loads, the screen of the second image will shows up forever

the problem starts after the driver installation bar went pass 1/10

driver version : nvidia 391.35WHQL

i use old drivers to test too but also none of them helped, same problem keep persisting

But there are no problem at all and looks like a completely functional card when no driver was installed on both windows running (using microsoft basic display driver)

Problem only cames out when installing nvidia drivers only

tested on :

cpu : ryzen7 1800x

motherboard : ab350m pro4 asrock

ram : trident Z rgb 3200mhz 8gb x2

psu : 650w psu antec

os : windows 10 & windows 8.1

at first i thought maybe my bios is making problem,so i update my bios but i didnt help at all,i also use display driver uninstaller but also none of them help

after that,i tested on another platform :

CPU : fx8350

RAM : 8gb 1600mhz kingston x1

MOTHERBOARD : asus M5A97 R2.0

psu : corsair vs650w

os : window10

same things happen again when install nvidia driver, screen black out while installing driver, and the computer auto restart after a few seconds

The screen never black out (if the nvidia driver is not installed) when doing other job like running r15 benchmark

i already tried to flash graphics card bios but none of them helped .. same problem keep persisting

bios ver. is 80.80.30.00.01 & 80.80.34.00.01

the picture i send is where the picture show before the black screen appears

and after the black screen shows, monitor shows no signal
