There really isn't a real criteria other than be liked by the current staff while being capable of the duty, let's be honest here, this is the main point you should have in mind, having a good image to all present in here.

 

I did severely decrease my presence these past two months due to being upset over failing to make it to the past selections, I have no issue being open about it, this is one of the best forums there is and I have spent quite the lot of great time in here nonetheless I did feel my energies drained out by not managing my way on it.

 

I have been online no less than 10 hours daily for more than a year in here, as I have no issue browsing it during my job/work period, browsing news, watching videos, reading tutorials and articles and always debating with other users aiming for the best advising, I suppose without further reinforcement keeping it up was unsustainable sooner or later.

 

Best advice out of this experience I can share is to not turn it into a real goal for you, you can try your hardest and most likely you'll just fail it, better just use the forum normally and hope by chance they'll invite you eventually if you're here long enough.

The most important factor IMO, is being helpful, and having a "consistent" behavior : there are quite a few members on here that are helpful and quite nice publicly, but are quite aggressive, condescending and dismissive when contacted through PM, yet don't have any warnings.

 

Thankfully we don't need warnings to keep track of these instances ;
