My graphic card is : Sapphire Radeon 6850 2GB GDDR5

Can it run Fortnite with 60/75fps medium settings?

FX-8320, 16gb ram

It might, but that is quite an old card. I have one sitting on my shelf. I imagine it could handle a mix of low and medium. The game is free, so download it and try it out. Let us know how it goes.

Just try it, the game is free, it's not like you are wasting money buying it and can't run it.

It will run it, but you'll have to turn some settings down.

Jayz recently did a video on Fortnite and what you need. It's pretty well optimized and will easily run on a Ryzen 5 iGPU, which means that your HD6850 should be able to handle it just fine as long as you don't go overboard with the settings.
