Keyboard typing double letters when I have Final Fantasy 14 open

This is so odd, whenever I have Final Fantasy 14 open in the background my keyboard will type double letters "lliikkee tthhiiss". I have 0 ideas on what is causing this because it has never happened before and only happens with this game.

Most gaming usb keyboards achive n key rollover by simulating multiple keyboards plugged at once, they show up as HID devices in the device manager, maybe in your specific case the OS freaks out when the game is open and thinks two keyboards are sending the same keystroke, just a theory tho
