R9 390 on 4K

I'm getting a 4K TV very soon and I obviously won't always game on it with my R9 390, but I do wish to check out the performance. 

I heard somewhere that AMD cards don't support HDMI 2.0 which is needed for 3840x2160 res. So if they don't what are my options cuz my TV doesn't have Displayport. 

 

And let's say I sorted out that issue, now can 390 provide 3840x2160 at all? I obviously don't expect 60FPS on any of the AAA titles but would it be able to push at least 25-30 in High-medium?

 

Note: I've the Sapphire Radeon R9 390 8G

Look up benchmarks for the game you want to play at 4k on your card. i know the RX460 can do 4k

Plenty of AMD cards support HDMI 2.0, but the 390 supports 1.4, as far as I know.

 

25-30 FPS at 4K may be possible at those settings in some games, but don't count on it.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you can get 3840x2160@60Hz with 4:2:0 Chroma Subsampling.
