Need help between Wraith Spire Cooling or Corsair H55

Which one should I use as my cpu cooling fan between the Wraith Spire cooling which came with the Ryzen 5 1600 or my current Corsair Hydro Series H55 120mm Liquid CPU Cooler?

I am going to migrate my computer to a different case and upgrade some components and since I have two cpu cooling fans, I don't know which one is better.

Definitly the Corsair H55 Liquid cooler. Thats if you want to overclock. The stock ryzen cooler the spire, is if you don't plan on overclocking
