Best all-around Laptop within 1600$ ?

Hey guys, So I need to buy a desktop replacement laptop within a budget, here's the requirement,

  • All around decent enough performance, preferably, focused more on performance
  • Good enough thermal management to not throttle CPU or GPU under long periods of stress as well as quiet but efficient fan performance
  • Doesn't have to be the slimmest nor the most mobile laptop, but DO need it to be reliable and as much future proof as possible within the budget
  • The battery should be decent enough, but I don't need a 150 watt-hr battery if that gets me lower end hardware.
  • The display should be all around good/great, 320+ nit, IPS, preferably anti-glare, 1080p, 60 or 60+ Hz depending on the GPU's performance for long hardcore gaming sessions.
  • CPU i7, GPU preferably 1070 or 1060.
  • I would rather play Witcher 3 on Ultra at smooth 50+ FPS in a decent 60-75hz panel rather than an eight year old FPS on Medium Settings at 120 Hz, that should give you even better idea of what I'm looking for.

So can anyone suggest me anything that goes with all these requirements?

Thanks for reading through.

Clevo based laptops are probably your best bet here, they're usually cheaper than name brand laptops with the same specs.

Anything specific comes in mind ?

This old one is either out of stock or unavailable and the new one is over 1700$ which is problematic coz I'll have to spend about 300$ either way for shipping it to my country.

Oh okay. Typically a good idea to specify country of origin for hunting, since I found that exact laptop on sale for $1500 in the US.
