Glass tubing?

So I have always used soft tubing, I have seen glass tubing builds and they look amazing. I know there is other hard tubings that are good to but go cloudy eventually so why I want to do glass. What I wanna know is how hard is it to do? does EKWB sell stuff for it? As well as looking for general advice on it...I kinda want to do it because it looks so good but idk even where to start lol

edit: maybe I should go with acrylic or PETG to start?

A perfect round 90° bend looks awesome and is only possible if you are master glasblower. For everybody else forget about this idea.

How long does PETG or acrilic stay clear ?

Go with glass.

You can by 90 degree glass tubing for bends if u wish. or buy extra fittings for bends. Its more expensive for sure, but nothing beats glass when it comes to looks, its why i use a XSPC photon tube res, its glass.

Mayhems sell straight and 90 degree tubing.

As for fittings i sugest Monsoon EV 2 fittings(~£4.40 each), combined with Barrow angled adaptor fittings.(~£2.00 each). (if u use fittings for bends)

So for a 90 degree bend that would mean 2x Ev2's and 1 Barrow 90 for ~£10

vs

A single Bitspower 90 fittings for ~£15

Glass is allot harder to deal and you also need proper safety gear. Inhaling glass dust can be deadly, You also need different tools then what is used for PETG or Acrylic. Glass bending is not something that should be tried at home unless you know exactly what your doing.

Only Mayhem and AlphaCool sells glass tubing.

If your interested in Glass you can take a look at my build Log. My current build is using all glass tubing.

Current Build: Project Frost
Gaming Rig Build: Project Ice Dragon

- WaterCool Tube Res is also glass and uses POM for the top and bottom. Which is better built then XSPC.

- MoonSoon tends to use Imperial size fittings(They have some metric fittings too, Not sure what series). Mayhem and AlphaCool use metric system(AlphaCool does have a warning on there site not to use MonSoon fittings with there tubing), Metric & Imperial sizes will not work together.

Example of two ways of doing bends:

All you need is a gas stove and 15 min.
