He's an MD, but also, he's a health science researcher. Basically he breaks down the science on nutrition, and shows the hierarchy of studies (anecdotal, all the way up to RCT's). It's scary how much of "health recommendations" are not based on solid science. Butter, for example, might even be good for you (in MODERATION, of course). Eating a stick of butter every day is bad. But having a bit every day likely won't give you any negatives. Interesting, I'll have to check that book out! Tech, engineering, gaming and promoting the metric system. These are my things. Who did the study and did they account for difference in soil type and environment. Because organic fruit/beans from one country will be different than organic fruit/beans from another country. Also did they find the ratio of nutrient and chemical analysis to be different enough to warrant preference one over the other? http://www.fooddialogues.com/article/gmo-vs-non-gmo-whats-difference/ Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge. Posted February 4, 2018 Author Let me preface this post by saying that I am not an expert in this, just curious. I'm not really worried about nutritional/health effects of GMO food. I am wondering about impacts to the environment and ecosystems, kind of like invasive species brought in from other continents: could a GMO plant take over that ecosystem and become an invasive species? Like I said, not an expert. In most cases, environmentally, there is little difference between GMO vs Organic - if anything, GMO tends to be better for both you - the end user - and the environment. Personally, something marketed as non-GMO or Organic is an instant turn off, as it's generally a lot more expensive. For example, Organic food often uses more pesticides than GMO. This isn't anything against dairy, I'm just curious about what people think about alternatives . I do Dark Chocolate Almond Milk. If I drink dairy or eat ice cream I get the shits, well not every time but most of the time. I can eat cheese and yogurt just fine, just really cant do milk or Ice cream. I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Their doctor said to try organic flour because inorganic flour often is sprayed with roundup right before harvest to help mature the grain when they switched to organic, that worked just as well Tech, engineering, gaming and promoting the metric system.
