Best android emulator for windows

I have been using bluestacks3 but it uses a lot of cpu for my ancient PC intel core2quad Q8400 GTX660 8GB of RAM, I will only be playing clash of clans on it so I want a fast and light emulator preferably free.

I think virtual box is the best option.

Its free and also free from annoying adds and bloatware

I've been using Droid4X for years. It has hideous UI, but nothing else wrong.

Android Studio comes with an Android emulator. Not sure about Windows, but it performs well enough on Linux.
