Plumi video sharing running on ubuntu

Hi,

Just a question if anybody did work with Plumi Video Sharing and knows how to install it on Ubuntu Linux.

Follow the instructions. You shouldnt need to do anything more than copy and pasting the sudo commands on there. 

to make it simple, use sudo su and then exit after you are done. 

Sudo make me a sandwich

tried that, always getting stuck on buildouts with python. Something like the buildout or python is missing , even i got it installed when i started writing sudo commands

Frustration...

Have you installed all the dependencies beforehand?

Yeah, i did , but some ended in error. Not Python though...

Well, damn. Linux software installation can sometimes be a real pain in the ass when the software you want isn’t on the repo and doesn’t come with a .sh installer script/executable or in an installer .deb package. 

 

Look through tutorials on YouTube. Maybe there are easier way as to install the thing.
