Is there an AI operation system?

Ok so basically I got a p2-1113w computer for free which doesn't have very good specs in any regard but it started to remind me of a raspberry pi. So I thought "Hey what can I do with a raspberry pi like computer?" then I thought "Hey I can make a virtual assistant like alexa or google home" which will be a lot of work but I thought it would be cool. NOW this would mean I need to get a bluetooth and wifi adapter, microphone and speakers but the thing I DON'T know what to do is how to make it from a windows PC to a personal assistant, so is there any personal assistant OS or anything? preferably one that I can make my own commands and stuff. And since you're here how about you guys tell me what you would do with a computer like this? THANKS, LOVE YOU GUYS :D
