I would recommend any of these because they also give you Bluetooth:

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/r7RFf7/gigabyte-gc-wb867d-i-rev-42-none-wi-fi-adapter-gc-wb867d-i-rev-42

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/6Zs8TW/asus-pce-ac55bt-b1-none-wi-fi-adapter-pce-ac55bt-b1

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/tTdqqs/gigabyte-wireless-network-card-gcwb867di

but if it had to be out of those two I would go with the TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 due to the dual-band capabilities but if you're on a really tight budget you could go with the USB one.

I have the WDN4800, its a good adapter but its Wireless N standard and not AC. Also, TPLink no longer does drivers for it. So you have to use the Microsoft supplied Windows Drivers. So far it works, but again you are relying on Microsoft for the drivers. Personally I would get something like @BrokenProgram has suggested. As they are the AC standard and have a move able antenna.

Also, stay away from USB networking products, they dont work well.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Ive had some bad experience with usb networking gear. On my main rig plugging in an usb networking device or even my android phone with wired tethering it just outright crashes the entire thing. (But that is probably because ive been running without properly working bios cache for years . . . . yes, I do know i am a cheapskate;) )
Also those external antennas on the ones that BrokenProgram suggestet give you more flexibility in optimizing connectivity to your router.

The Gigabyte card uses Standard PCI express. Its an x1 slot card. You can stick it in any PCI express slot.
