750Ti make noises at 27% Fan Speed but not at 100% Fan Speed

Is it the fans that makes the noise or is it a coilspin?

Has it always done this since it was new, and are you 100% positive that the fan is actually spinning?

Down load MSI after burner and set minimum fan speed to over 27 percent

could be that the fan is unstable at low rpm but when it's going faster its more stable. solution, run it at higher speed all the time. (could probably do with a clean aswell)

There are 72 % of fan speed between 27% and 100%. Use that area for the fan curve xD
